and private customers to enforce in France Judgments and Court
Orders which have been issued overseas. This includes:
- Service, on French Defendants, of legal process originating from abroad
- Enforcement pursuant to EC Regulation e.g. European Enforcement Orders
- Ex-parte applications for the recognition of foreign Court Orders in France
- Cross-border Insolvency law matters, including :
Seizure of real-estate and movable property
Charge registration upon French real-estate property on behalf of Trustees or
Official Receivers appointed overseas.
